When a Hit with Saitha's Spear aggravates at least one existing Bleed, the weapon also aggravates every current Ignite on that target. The Ignite effect does not trigger if all current Bleeds were already Aggravated.

Aggravating any Bleeding
Aggravating any Bleeding is a trigger condition that succeeds only when a Hit with the specified weapon directly changes at least one existing Bleeding Debuff from not Aggravated to Aggravated.0.5.4d

What Aggravating any Bleeding does
Current rulesHit a target that already has at least one non-Aggravated Bleed and use the weapon named by the effect. If that Hit aggravates at least one of those Bleeds, the condition succeeds. It does not succeed when the target has no Bleeds, when every current Bleed is already Aggravated, or when another source performed the Aggravation.
- A real state change is required
- The Hit must make at least one existing Bleeding Debuff become Aggravated. Merely having a chance to Aggravate is not enough if there is no eligible Bleed for the Hit to change.
- The target needs an existing non-Aggravated Bleed
- A target with no Bleeding Debuffs cannot satisfy the trigger. A target whose current Bleeds are all already Aggravated also cannot satisfy it because the Hit did not aggravate anything.
- The named weapon must perform the Aggravation
- Wording such as Aggravating any Bleeding with this Weapon checks the Hit from that weapon. Blood Barbs, Apron of Emiran, or another source making the Bleed Aggravated does not count as the weapon performing the state change.
- Existing Bleed instances are checked separately
- Several Bleeds can exist on one target even though only the strongest deals damage. The Hit can satisfy this trigger by aggravating any one eligible instance. Bleeds applied after that Hit remain separate and are not automatically Aggravated.
- Player movement is unrelated to this trigger
- Since version 0.5.0, moving no longer raises Bleed damage taken by players. That change does not turn movement into Aggravation and does not satisfy a trigger that specifically requires a Hit to aggravate Bleeding.

All Bleeds already Aggravated
The Hit does not create another Aggravation state on those instances. Because no Bleed changes state, the condition is false.

- The condition does not succeed when the target has no Bleeding Debuff.
- The condition does not succeed when every current Bleed is already Aggravated.
- Aggravation performed by another item, passive, Skill, or prior Hit does not count as the named weapon performing it.
- Later Bleeds are independent and are not included in an earlier successful trigger.
