Mechanic

Unwavering Stance

Unwavering Stance prevents Light Stun but disables Dodge Roll and Sprint. It does not prevent Heavy Stun, and disabling Dodge Roll also disables Skills that replace the roll.

What Unwavering Stance does

Current rules

Unwavering Stance makes the character unable to be Light Stunned. Heavy Stun remains possible because it is a separate buildup mechanic. In exchange, the character cannot Dodge Roll or Sprint, and Dodge Roll replacement Skills such as Blink are disabled. The Keystone does not grant Blind immunity or guarantee that every action can continue through Heavy Stun.

Light Stun is prevented
Ordinary Light Stun cannot interrupt the character while Unwavering Stance applies. This is a direct immunity to Light Stun rather than a numerical increase to Stun Threshold.
Heavy Stun remains possible
The current line names Light Stun only. Heavy Stun uses a separate buildup and Primed for Stun system, so the Keystone does not make the character immune to it.
Dodge Roll and Sprint are disabled
The movement downside applies continuously while the Keystone is active. The player must rely on ordinary movement and other movement Skills that are not Dodge Roll replacements.
Dodge Roll replacements are also disabled
Blink replaces Dodge Roll, so it cannot be used with Unwavering Stance. A Skill is not exempt merely because its name is different from Dodge Roll.
Blind is not prevented
Blind lowers Accuracy and Light Radius. Preventing Light Stun does not prevent Blind because the two debuffs use different mechanics.

Unwavering Stance interactions

3 cases
01
Passive-tree Keystone

The tree node trades Dodge Roll and Sprint for immunity to Light Stun. The exact current wording no longer doubles Stun Threshold.

03
Blink and movement

Blink is unavailable because it replaces Dodge Roll. Other movement Skills must be checked individually by their own wording rather than assumed to be disabled.
