How to get and use it
4 steps- Enter Isle of Kin and reach the Primal Arena.
- Defeat the Blind Beast. Since version 0.4.0, it drops Blank Greater Rune instead of the former Bile-soaked Tome reward.
- Return to Dannig in Kingsmarch.
