Access requirements
- Enter the portal opened by a Deceptive Fracturing Mirror Shard during a Delirium encounter.
- The muck applies stacking Physical and Chaos damage over time while you stand in it.
- Follow the direction in which the muck flows to find the island containing the Unethical Offering.
- Activating the offering stops the monster spawns, grants one of the two special Amulets, and opens the exit.
