Access and route
From The Ardura Caravan: Valley of the Titans contains the three seals for The Titan Grotto, the Ancient Vows Medallion, and a guaranteed Abyss. Start A Crown of Stone after encountering the sandstorm at the Halani Gates.
- Three Ancient Seals. Activate Rajendra, Sundari, and Shakti around the ring to open the Clasped Entry.
- Statue of a Titan (Optional). Insert the Kabala and Sun Clan Relics into the Medallion for the Ancient Vows reward choice.
- Guaranteed Abyss (Optional). Complete the repeatable Abyss encounter to unlock The Well of Souls quest.
- Clasped Entry. Enter The Titan Grotto after activating all three Ancient Seals.

Quest objectives
- A Crown of Stone (Required): Activate all three Ancient Seals and enter The Titan Grotto. Landmark: Clasped Entry. Next: Find the Rite of Flame altar in The Titan Grotto.
- Ancient Vows (Optional): Insert the Kabala Clan Relic and Sun Clan Relic into the Medallion. Landmark: Statue of a Titan. Items: Kabala Clan Relic, Sun Clan Relic. Next: Choose the Charm bonus; the source says the choice can be changed by returning.
- The Well of Souls (Optional): Complete the guaranteed Abyss to unlock the hub quest. Landmark: Guaranteed Abyss. Next: Use the Mastodon Badlands entrance to Lightless Passage.
Notable items and exits
- +1 Charm Slot and one selectable Charm bonus: Ancient Vows Medallion. Permanent reward: choose 30% increased Charm Charges Gained or 30% increased Charm Effect Duration. The selection can be changed by returning to the Medallion.
- Exit to The Titan Grotto: Required route for A Crown of Stone. Unlock: Activate all three Ancient Seals.
- Exit to The Ardura Caravan: Return route to the Act 2 town.
