Complete an Abyss encounter, speak to the creature, and follow its direction east.

Abyssal Power
Reach the Well of Souls, close the northern, southern, and eastern Abyssal Wounds, obtain Kulemak's Invitation, and defeat the Vessel of Kulemak.
How it works
Meet the Lurking Creature after an Abyss encounter and travel to the Well of Souls. Close the northern wound and defeat Vandroth, then close the southern and eastern wounds. Enter the Lightless Void, defeat Tasgul, and take Kulemak's Invitation back to the Well. Use the Invitation to enter the Black Cathedral and complete the Vessel of Kulemak encounter.

Reach the Well of Souls
The first Abyss encounter reveals the hub and begins the wound-closing route.
Reach the Well of Souls
Travel to the Abyss hub and speak to the Lurking Creature again.
Close the northern wounds
Complete the required northern Abyss encounters and enter the Dark Domain.
Defeat Vandroth
Find and defeat Vandroth, Blackblooded Enslaver, then return to the Well.
Close the remaining wounds
The southern and eastern routes lead to the Invitation required for the pinnacle encounter.
Close the southern wounds
Complete the southern Abyss objectives and report back at the Well of Souls.
Close the eastern wounds
Finish the eastern Abyss objectives, then enter the Lightless Void.
Defeat Tasgul
Find and defeat Tasgul, Swallower of Light.
Take Kulemak's Invitation
Pick up the Invitation after the Tasgul stage and return it to the Well.
Defeat the Vessel of Kulemak
Kulemak's Invitation opens the Black Cathedral and the final Abyss encounter.
Use Kulemak's Invitation
Bring the Invitation to the Well of Souls and use it to enter the Black Cathedral.
Enter the Black Cathedral
Choose the encounter option and continue through the pinnacle area.
Defeat the Vessel of Kulemak
Complete the full boss encounter, including its empowered phases.
Return to the Well
Speak to the Lurking Creature at the Well of Souls to complete the questline.
