Sells caster weapons, jewellery, flasks, charms, and Scrolls of Wisdom. This vendor commonly provides disenchanting.
Sells a chosen equipment base with an unrevealed rarity. The purchase can result in Normal, Magic, Rare, or Unique rarity.

Gwennen, Rog, and Tujen use Expedition Artifacts and their own reroll systems rather than the normal town stock loop.
Doryani can stock up to 10 Waystones at Tier 1 or one tier below the highest tier completed.
Ange provides the Currency Exchange and asynchronous trading. Those player-market purchases charge Gold fees rather than using normal vendor stock.
