Intelligence

Use Intelligence to satisfy exact equipment and gem requirements and count its inherent Mana bonus. Intelligence does not inherently grant Spell Damage, Cast Speed, Energy Shield, or Mana Regeneration unless another source explicitly scales from it.

Inherent Mana

Each point of Intelligence grants 2 maximum Mana as its inherent Attribute bonus.

Requirements

Intelligence is commonly required by Energy Shield equipment, caster weapons, Traps, and spell-aligned skills. The exact displayed requirement must remain met.

No inherent Spell Damage

Intelligence does not inherently grant Spell Damage, Cast Speed, Energy Shield, or Mana Regeneration. Those stats require explicit scaling from another source.

Support capacity

Every 5 Intelligence permits one additional blue Intelligence Support Gem across equipped skills, subject to available sockets and Support Categories.

Weapon identity remains separate

Meeting an Intelligence requirement does not make every weapon a spell weapon or make its inherent combat values scale Spells. Wands and Staves follow their own granted-skill and modifier rules.

Replacement effects

Some effects remove Intelligence's inherent Mana bonus and replace it with another benefit. Only the replacement described by that source applies.
