What the numbers mean
- Item level
- Unlocks higher modifier tiers. It does not remove the lower tiers from an ordinary crafting roll.
- Spawn weight
- A relative value, not a percentage. A weight of 1,000 is twice as likely as a weight of 500 in the same eligible pool.
- Exact tier
- The imported weight for that row divided by the complete configured pool weight.
- Tier or better
- The combined weight of this row and stronger unlocked tiers in the same modifier group.
A source weight of 0 is not treated as a zero-probability roll. It means this import has no positive ordinary weight to calculate. These percentages cover the ordinary weighted pool only. Guaranteed, Crafted, and Desecrated modifiers use separate rules.
