Unique Staves
The His Grave Command Skill granted by The Unborn Lich Unique Staff no longer has a Spirit cost (previously a percentage based Spirit Reservation similar to Tame Beast). Quality on His Grave Command now grants 0-20% more Minion Life (previously 0-20% increased Reservation Efficiency).
Fixed a bug where the His Winnowing Flame skill granted by The Unborn Lich unique staff applied critical weakness on hit, and another bug where its triggered explosions from consuming Ignite dealt no damage.
The Skills granted by the Unborn Lich Unique Staff have received the following changes: [li]His Foul Emergence now has a Mana Cost of 0 (previously 18-189 at gem levels 1-20) and a Cooldown Time of 8 seconds at all levels (previously 25-15.5 at Gem levels 1-20). Inflicted Wither now lasts 10 seconds (previously 8) and Withering Ground duration is now 8 seconds (previously 5).
The Unborn Lich is not listed among the 48 corrupted Vaal Uniques with an item-specific Cultivation modifier pool. Using a Vaal Cultivation Orb follows the separate rule for other Uniques: it replaces the item with a random Corrupted Unique of the same Item Class.
The exact random pool depends on item class and current eligibility rules, so it is not represented as a fixed item-to-item outcome.

Vaal Orb can corrupt The Unborn Lich. One applicable outcome is selected, and the item normally cannot be modified again by ordinary crafting.

The His Scattering Calamity Skill granted by The Unborn Lich Unique Staff now has "Duration between Launching Wellsprites is 1.2 seconds", which can be affected by modifiers to Skill Effect Duration.
