Kingsmarch is the town for Act 4. It is a port established by Kalguurans on the shore of Wraeclast, during Path of Exile 1, which is 20 years ago from the timeline of Path of Exile 2. The port is mentioned by the Act 3 NPC Oswald in his dialogues.

Speak to Tujen in Kingsmarch, sail with Makoru to Kedge Bay, enter Journey's End, defeat Captain Hartlin, have Dannig forge Verisium Spikes, free Freya Hartlin, complete the Delirium encounter, then return to Tujen for the rewards.

Collect the four Torn Map Pieces from Kedge Bay, Shrike Island, Whakapanu Island, and Isle of Kin, return them to Makoru in Kingsmarch, sail to Plunder's Point, summon Dannig, place the explosives, and start the Expedition encounter.

Speak to Ange in Kingsmarch, defeat Diamora in the Singing Caverns, return to Ange, travel to the Shoreline Hideout, clear every monster, then speak to Ange in any of your hideouts.

Legacy of the Vaal

Follow the required Act 3 route from Sandswept Marsh through the Vaal waterways and temples, enter the past, rescue Alva in the Black Chambers, capture Doryani, return to the present, and speak to Alva to travel to Kingsmarch.

The Search

Obtain Rog's Boat Charter, sail with Makoru, recover the Precursor weapon pieces across Act 4, reforge the weapon, follow the Hooded One to Ngakanu, defeat Tavakai in Heart of the Tribe, and return to Kingsmarch.

Tribal Medicine

Defeat Great White One on Whakapanu Island, take the Shark Fin, deliver it to Kaimana in Ngakanu or Kingsmarch, and choose one permanent defensive Lesson.
