Open mapsKill monsters, final Rare monsters, and map bosses. Waystones found in maps do not drop below the tier of the map. A final map boss Waystone drop is one tier higher than the map being run.
Reforge three matching tiers
Open the Reforging BenchPlace three Waystones of the same tier in the Reforging Bench. Receive one Waystone one tier higher. The deterministic recipe works through Tier 15 and accepts any rarity.
