When and how to use it

Random

Activate this legacy Omen before a Regal Orb when the added modifier must be a suffix.

Valid target
A Magic item with an open suffix slot and at least one eligible suffix.
Consumes and changes
Consumes the active Omen and one Regal Orb, retains the Magic item's current modifiers, and upgrades it to Rare.
Result
Adds one random eligible suffix while upgrading the Magic item to Rare.
Probability
Depends on item state. The added suffix uses the eligible weighted suffix pool for the base and item level. No single static percentage applies.
Risk
It cannot add a modifier when the suffix side is full, even if a prefix slot remains open. This Omen no longer drops.
Use or save
Use an existing legacy copy only when a suffix is required and the complete eligible suffix pool is acceptable.
How to get it
It can no longer be obtained in current leagues. Existing copies remain legacy items.
