Omen of Sanctification

Activate it before using a Divine Orb on a Rare item only when you accept that the result can never be crafted again.

Valid target

An uncorrupted, modifiable Rare item that can be targeted by a Divine Orb.

Consumes and changes

Consumes the active Omen and one Divine Orb. Each modifier is changed independently, then the item becomes Sanctified.

Result

Multiplies each current modifier value independently by 0.78 to 1.22 in 0.01 increments, rounds up, and permanently applies the Sanctified state.

Probability

Unpublished. The multiplier range and increments are known, but the source does not publish the distribution across those values.

Risk

Individual modifiers can become worse. Sanctified items cannot be modified further, and the action cannot be used on a Corrupted item.

Use or save

Use it only on a finished Rare item when the possible losses are acceptable and no later socketing, rerolling, or other crafting is needed.

How to get it

This is a drop-restricted Ritual reward that can generate in level 79 or higher Rituals.
