A Rare item valid for an Exalted Orb with two open modifier slots.

Consumes and changes

Consumes the Omen and one Exalted Orb.

Result

Adds two random modifiers sequentially. The second addition uses the item state produced by the first.

Probability

Depends on item state. Each addition uses its current eligible weighted pool. There is no single static two-modifier probability.

Risk

The two additions are not one combined roll, and either addition can block families or fill a side before the next roll.

Use or save

Use it when two open slots remain and you value another addition more than stopping after the first result.
