Omen of Dextral Alchemy

Activate this legacy Omen before an Orb of Alchemy when the resulting four-modifier Rare item must have three suffixes.

Valid target

A Normal or Magic item valid for an Orb of Alchemy and able to generate three eligible suffixes.

Consumes and changes

Consumes the active Omen and one Orb of Alchemy. A Magic item's existing modifiers are discarded before the Rare result is generated.

Result

Creates a Rare item with one prefix and three suffixes. The modifier identities remain random.

Probability

Depends on item state. The three-suffix distribution is fixed, but each modifier uses the eligible weighted pool for the base, item level, tags, and prior additions.

Risk

It guarantees the suffix count, not any named modifier. Using it on a Magic item does not preserve the current modifiers.

Use or save

Use an existing copy only when three suffix slots are required and the eligible prefix and suffix pools are acceptable.

How to get it

It can no longer be obtained in current leagues. Existing copies remain legacy items.
