Use it only when you want Desecration to replace every modifier with unrevealed modifiers and permanently Corrupt the item.

Valid target

The next item used in a compatible Desecration attempt.

Consumes and changes

Consumes the Omen and the selected Desecration input. Existing modifiers are replaced and the result becomes Corrupted.

Result

Creates up to the base type's maximum unrevealed modifier count, typically six, then Corrupts the item.

Probability

Unpublished. The possible unrevealed modifiers are constrained by Desecration eligibility, but their reveal distribution is unpublished.

Risk

This is destructive and irreversible. Existing modifiers are lost and most later crafting actions cannot modify the Corrupted result.

Use or save

Use it only on a base worth rebuilding from zero and only when you accept the permanent Corrupted state.

How to get it

It is drop-restricted to rare Abyssal monsters with specified Lichborn modifiers. Since 0.5.0, Abyss Omens do not drop in areas below level 65.
