Omen of Abyssal Echoes

Activate it before revealing a Desecrated modifier when you want one chance to replace an unsatisfactory three-option offer.

Valid target

An item with an unrevealed Desecrated modifier being revealed at the Well of Souls.

Consumes and changes

Consumes the active Omen when its one reveal reroll is triggered. It does not add another Desecrated modifier.

Result

Lets the player reroll the three offered modifiers once, then choose from the replacement offer.

Probability

Unpublished. The replacement offer follows the Desecrated reveal pools. Regular affixes use their usual weights, exclusive modifiers have uneven weights, and exact offer probabilities are unpublished.

Risk

The original offer is not a second saved choice. The replacement offer can still be worse, and the Omen cannot be activated after the modifier has already been revealed.

Use or save

Use the reroll only when none of the first three options is acceptable and you are willing to lose that offer.

How to get it

It drops from rare Abyssal monsters with Amanamu's Void, Kurgal's Final Gasp, or Ulaman's Legion. For Amanamu's Void, the monster must be outside its cloud when killed.
