Active in inventory; consumed when triggered.

When and how to use it

Random

Activate it before a Chaos Orb when only a prefix may be removed.

Valid target
A Rare item valid for a Chaos Orb with at least one removable prefix.
Consumes and changes
Consumes the Omen and one Chaos Orb. A prefix is removed, then a new random modifier is added.
Result
Restricts the Chaos Orb removal pool to prefix modifiers.
Probability
Depends on item state. Removal odds depend on the eligible removable prefixes. The source does not publish one static percentage.
Risk
It does not control the newly added modifier and can remove a valuable prefix.
Use or save
Use it when every removable suffix must be protected and the prefix-side risk is acceptable.
How to get it
This is a drop-restricted Ritual reward that can generate in level 79 or higher Rituals.
Current version
Since the 0.5.1 Hotfix 6 change, it can generate in Rituals at area level 79 or higher instead of 80 or higher.
