Activate it before an Orb of Annulment only when removing two modifiers is worth the added risk.

Valid target

A Magic or Rare item with at least two removable modifiers.

Consumes and changes

Consumes the active Omen and one Orb of Annulment when the matching action is performed.

Result

Removes two random removable modifiers from the item.

Probability

Depends on item state. The possible two-modifier results depend on the target's removable modifier set. Do not treat outcomes as one published static percentage.

Risk

This is not a targeted annul. It removes two modifiers, and the action requires at least two removable modifiers.

Use or save

Use it when at least two removals are useful or acceptable. Use a side-restricted Annulment Omen when protecting prefixes or suffixes matters more.

How to get it

It can no longer be obtained in current leagues. Existing copies remain legacy items.
