Activate it before a Chaos Orb when the modifier with the lowest item-level requirement is the modifier you want removed.

Valid target

A Rare item valid for a Chaos Orb and containing at least one removable modifier.

Consumes and changes

Consumes the Omen and one Chaos Orb. The selected modifier is removed, then a new random modifier is added.

Result

Removal selects the lowest modifier item-level requirement, not the lowest visible tier.

Probability

Known selection rule. A unique lowest requirement makes removal deterministic. If several removable modifiers tie for lowest, the tie distribution is unpublished.

Risk

A desirable low-level modifier can be removed. An unrevealed Desecrated modifier counts as item level 1.

Use or save

Check modifier level requirements before use. Do not judge the removal by the T1, T2, or other visible tier label.

How to get it

This is a drop-restricted Ritual reward with drop level 75.
