Valid target

A Rare item with an open prefix slot and at least one eligible prefix.

Consumes and changes

Consumes the active Omen and one Exalted Orb when the matching action is performed.

Result

Adds one random eligible prefix. Suffixes are excluded from the addition pool.

Probability

Depends on item state. The added prefix uses the eligible weighted prefix pool for the base, item level, tags, and current modifiers.

Risk

It cannot add a modifier when the prefix side is full, even if a suffix slot remains open.

Use or save

Use it when every eligible prefix is preferable to risking a suffix and the prefix side has room.
