Probability

Known selection rule. The full recovery is deterministic when the Low Life transition triggers the Omen.

Risk

The trigger is reaching Low Life, not merely being below a separately assumed percentage. Only one combat Omen can be consumed per instance.

Use or save

Carry it when one automatic full recovery is worth reserving the instance's combat-Omen trigger.
