A Rare item with an open suffix slot and at least one eligible suffix.

Consumes and changes

Consumes the active Omen and one Exalted Orb when the matching action is performed.

Result

Adds one random eligible suffix. Prefixes are excluded from the addition pool.

Probability

Depends on item state. The added suffix uses the eligible weighted suffix pool for the base, item level, tags, and current modifiers.

Risk

It cannot add a modifier when the suffix side is full, even if a prefix slot remains open.

Use or save

Use it when every eligible suffix is preferable to risking a prefix and the suffix side has room.
