Normal
Upgrade a Normal item to Rare and add four modifiers.
Orb of Chance
Normal
Unpredictably either upgrades the target Normal item to Unique rarity or destroys it.

Desecration materials and targets
Use the Preserved Bone family that matches the Rare item's class. The operation adds an Unrevealed Desecrated modifier for selection at the Well of Souls.

Essences
Upgrade an eligible item while guaranteeing a modifier determined by the Essence and target item class.
Desecration
Apply a compatible Preserved Bone to a Rare item, then reveal one of three Desecrated modifier choices at the Well of Souls.
Runic Alloys
Add a guaranteed affix to a compatible non-Unique item. An applicable Omen controls which existing affix side is removed.
Liquid Emotions
Instill amulets or apply supported Liquid Emotions to jewels for their recorded outcomes.
Catalysts
Add quality to jewellery so related modifier values scale. Omen of Catalysing Exaltation can also influence an Exalted Orb roll.
Fracturing
Lock one eligible modifier on a Rare item and calculate the chance of selecting the intended modifier.
Corruption and permanent outcomes
Corruption
Apply a Vaal Orb or another supported corruption method for a permanent outcome that can include no visible change.
Corruption Enchantment upgrades
Compare current Corruption Enchantments with the upgrades available from each Orb of Sacrifice.
Cultivation
Search the item-specific outcomes available when a Vaal Cultivation Orb is used on an eligible corrupted Vaal Unique.
